Shipping Policy

Kindly go through these shipping and delivery policies as by using our website and our online and offline services, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in regard to shipping and delivery.

 

The Complete Décor endeavours to offer the ultimate shipping services to the customers. We strive to deliver the products in the best condition and in a prompt manner.

 

Our products are dispatched through courier partners, and we also deliver via ship and flight.

 

Please note that if the provided address is wrong, incomplete, or the customer is not available to receive the order, then it will be returned to us.

 

For international orders

 

We are not responsible for any fees associated with your shipment upon delivery. You may incur fees and import taxes upon delivery. The customer has to pay for the shipping of the order.

 

Payment options

 

Customers can pay via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and QR code. Cash on delivery (COD) is available only for products that are up to INR 5000.

 

Tracking of the product

 

We share the AWB number directly with the customer.

 

If the tracking shows that the product has been delivered and you have not received it, then contact local courier services. We are not accountable for the products where tracking shows the order has been delivered to your address.

Return and exchange policy

All returns and exchanges should be communicated via email at sales@thecompletedecor.com or call +919810798850

 

Customers can request and process the return by sending us an email or calling on our number.

 

Please note that customers do not have to pay for the shipping of returns and exchanges.

 

We only replace the product if we have delivered the wrong product.

 

If the product got damaged in shipping, we send raw material for repair to the customer’s address.

 

Updating and cancellation policy

 

In case of a change in address, one can reach out to us via email or phone call. Any modification in the address can only be done before the product is dispatched.

 

Customers can cancel the product when ordered in sale or offer.

 

Kindly note that the refund of the returned or canceled products will be made after 45 days.
